If you are eligible for a refund, we reserve the right to deduct the server installation and support fees.


We reserve the right to refuse refunds in certain cases, e.g.:

If the refund request is made after the 24-hour refund guarantee has expired.
If there is evidence of misuse or abuse of our services.
When you buy after taking a free trial account
If the customer has violated our terms of use.
If the customer has not logged in to the service
If the service does not work due to the functionality of the device.

In such cases, we will inform the customer of the reasons why the refund request is rejected.
